Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email us your order number first and we'll tell you where to send it.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Digital downloads
Because files are delivered instantly, digital products can't be returned. If a file is broken, we'll fix it or refund you.
